What was your audition like?
My music reading hadn't been used for a long time and Paul agreed it was "rusty" My voice was still there so we agreed that I would give it a shot and Paul would decide if I could handle it. My reading has since improved.
I played violin and viola through high school, where I started singing in the Glee club and a madrigal singers group and musicals. I continued with college men's glee club. Then 50 years of occasional hymns.
Fondest GCS memory:
Being on stage with an orchestra at the Palace Theater in Stamford. A great kick to be part of making good music with a large ensemble in a classy venue.
